Returns & Refunds

At Tulipano, we’re committed to delivering moments of joy through the beauty and freshness of our floral creations.

Please note that flowers are perishable products. Their longevity can be influenced by factors beyond our control — including temperature, humidity, and placement near heat sources or direct sunlight.

Our team carefully inspects every arrangement to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.


Reporting an Issue

To report an issue, please email info@tulipano.shop within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Telephone number

  • Date the arrangement was received or picked up

  • Copy of the receipt

  • Brief explanation of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Requests received after 24 hours cannot be processed due to the perishable nature of flowers.

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution based on product availability and the situation.


Final Sale Policy

All floral sales are final.
Returns or refunds are not possible once the order has been delivered in good condition.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on the order status.

  • If your order has not yet been prepared:
    We may modify or cancel it at no charge, subject to product availability and any price differences.

  • If your order has been prepared but not yet delivered:
    We may be able to reschedule the delivery time or location within our delivery zone.

  • If your order is out for delivery or already delivered:
    Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

During peak floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and similar occasions), order changes or cancellations may not be possible due to high demand.


Missing or Damaged Products

Flowers are delicate by nature, and although we take every precaution, occasional damage may occur during transport.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@tulipano.shop within 24 hours, with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Telephone number

  • Date the arrangement was received or picked up

  • Copy of the receipt

  • Brief explanation of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution based on product availability and the situation.


Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. At Tulipano, freshness always takes priority over exact replication.

While we strive to recreate each arrangement as shown on our website, substitutions may occasionally be made. Any replacement blooms will always be of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall quality, freshness, and aesthetic of your design.

Our florists thoughtfully select the most beautiful stems available that day, while honouring your colour palette and preferences as closely as possible.


Delivery Policy

We deliver across Greater Montreal. Deliveries are typically made during business hours.

If no one is available to receive the order, the arrangement may be left in a safe location or with a neighbour, depending on weather conditions and delivery instructions provided at checkout.
