Delivery Area
Tulipiano offers local flower delivery within approximately a 30 km radius of our boutique, located at:
3000 Blvd des Laurentides, Local 7, Laval, Québec H7K 3G5
If you wish to have an order delivered outside this area, please contact us at info@tulipiano.shop or (579) 631-3737 — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on distance and availability.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Tuesday through Sunday, during regular business hours.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 PM, depending on flower availability and daily volume.
Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day or on the selected delivery date at checkout.
Deliveries are generally not available on Sundays or public holidays, except for special occasions such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on distance and delivery time.
The exact delivery cost will appear at checkout before payment.
In-store pickup at our Laval boutique is always free of charge.
You can collect your order during business hours at the address above.
Delivery Information
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the following information accurately when placing your order:

If the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate, our team will contact you to update it.
If delivery cannot be completed as scheduled due to missing information, it will be rescheduled for the next available time slot.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

The bouquet may be left with a neighbor or in a safe location (for example, under a covered porch or with a building concierge).

In some cases, the order may be returned to the shop, and a re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
Our priority is always to preserve the freshness of your flowers and ensure a pleasant experience for the recipient.
Deliveries to Public Places
We can deliver to hospitals, offices, funeral homes, and other public institutions.
However, please note that each facility has its own delivery policies, and access restrictions may apply.
Tulipiano cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or access refusals caused by third-party regulations.
Delays or Exceptional Circumstances
External factors such as weather, traffic, special events, or high-volume periods may occasionally cause delivery delays.
In such cases, Tulipiano will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative (rescheduling, replacement, or refund if applicable).
